Scope of Work

Hydro Home Improvement will perform exterior cleaning services as outlined in the provided estimate. Only the specific surfaces and areas listed in the quote are included. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in updated pricing and must be approved by the client prior to completion.

Surface Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

We exercise care when servicing all properties. However, our cleaning process may reveal pre-existing conditions such as oxidation, paint failure, etching, cracking, or other surface deterioration. Hydro Home Improvement is not responsible for damage resulting from these already-compromised surfaces. Clients should ensure all windows, doors, and entry points are properly closed and sealed prior to service.

Stain & Contaminant Removal

Pressure washing treatments are designed to remove organic buildup such as mold, algae, mildew, and general dirt.

Some stains—such as rust, tire marks, oil, efflorescence, and red clay—may require specialized treatments and are not guaranteed for full removal unless specifically stated in the agreement.

Water Usage & Access

Client agrees to provide access to an operational water source on-site. If water access is unavailable and the contractor must supply water, additional fees may apply.

Property Preparation

Client is responsible for:

• Removing fragile items from work areas (furniture décor, plants, etc.)

• Ensuring pets and children remain indoors during service

• Informing us of any sensitive landscaping or materials requiring special handling

Hydro Home Improvement will not be responsible for damage to unsecured items left within the cleaning area.

Chemicals & Runoff

Eco-friendly cleaning solutions may be used to ensure safe and effective cleaning. We make every effort to protect vegetation and property, but minor disturbances to landscaping may occur. Client agrees that Hydro Home Improvement is not liable for incidental water runoff into lawns or natural drains.

Weather Conditions

Work may be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or freezing temperatures. We will notify the client as soon as possible if a reschedule is required.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless noted otherwise in the estimate. A deposit may be required for large jobs or special treatments. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.

Satisfaction Commitment

We stand by the quality of our work and will address any concerns related to areas included in the service scope within a reasonable timeframe. Any requests for additional work will be quoted separately.
